Frost, Gary

    Gary Frost is Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Imperial College London.  Where he leads the Section of Nutrition in the Faculty of Medicine and the Centre for Translational Food and Nutrition Research.  He has a broad interest in the way food influences human metabolism and has focused on the influence of dietary carbohydrate on the human gastrointestinal track.  Gary currently leads the BBSRC/MRC Aging nutrition sensing network AGENTS and the BBSRC hub RIPEN.  He is the scientific lead for the EU project CoDiet.
