- Secretariat will not accept reservations by phone. Reservations must be made by filling out the Online Registration and Accommodation Form. One form per person. An acknowledgment of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once you complete the form, if you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretary:
- The registration fee must be paid before the change of period, otherwise the registration fee will be updated to the current price.
- The selection of your registration must be according to your category (member, student, etc.), otherwise you will be asked for the amount of the difference from the current fee.
- Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once the corresponding payment has been received, a confirmation voucher and reservation invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please review the documentation carefully.
- All payments must be made in Euros, below we detail the available payment methods:
- Online credit card payment: once you choose this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a bank page with security enabled.
- Any difference pending payment must be settled at the Congress Secretariat when collecting the documentation. In the event that the payment had been made by bank transfer or other means, but had not been duly accredited, a receipt will be requested. Otherwise, it will be necessary to pay the pending amount pending verification.
Cancellations or Changes
- All cancellations or name changes must be submitted in writing to AM Conferences: firstname.lastname@example.org
- It is possible to change the name of the registration without cancellation fees as long as the secretariat is informed before June 2, 2024, with a cost of €50 for administrative expenses. After that date, name change will not be possible.
- Cancellations received until June 10, 2024 will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the registration fee except €50 for administrative expenses.
- Cancellations or changes received after June, 10, 2024 will not be entitled to a refund. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost
- No partial or total refunds will be made in case of cancellation of conferences due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the program.
- The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injuries or losses or damage to property belonging to the conference participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
