Cancellations or Changes

• All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to: reservations@euromar2024.org.
• It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before June 10, 2024, with a €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible.
• Cancellations received up to March 9, 2024 will be penalized with the payment of one night’s accommodation.
• Cancellations received after March 10, 2024 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
• No partial or full refunds will be made in the case of conference cancellations due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the program.

Personal Insurance

• The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injuries or losses or damage to property belonging to the conference participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
