Cancellations or Changes

All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to: registration@euromar2024.org.

It is possible to change the name of the reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before June 10, 2024, with a €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible. Please, send an email to registration@euromar2024.org

Cancellations received up to March 9, 2024 will be penalized with the payment of one night’s accommodation.

Cancellations received after March 10, 2024 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.

No partial or full refunds will be made in the case of conference cancellations due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the program.

Personal Insurance

The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injuries or losses or damage to property belonging to the conference participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
